The nice part of these Apps makes it so easy as you don’t need the fill in anything manually, but let the bots do the work.

You even get in insights in possible attacks and how the Pokémon would survive in a Gym. I also like the fact that the app Saves all the Pokémons you check, this way you can also check a specific again before actually transferring it.
